I provide a call-out, on-site service, visiting you at your home or office. Confidential, friendly, approachable and personal service.

So many people just scrap their laptops and PCs when something goes wrong. Why waste your money (and the world's resources) when in many cases I can get your equipment running just like new?

Some people may feel concerned if their computer needs support, for fear of being outed, embarrassment and other reasons (e.g. homophobia / biphobia / transphobia etc exist out there). Even being treated in a way you don't like can be annoying. Some people just want to choose an LGBT business. An LGBT service may be the most comfortable option - and I am cheaper than most high street services.

I don't care what photos, desktop image, favourites/bookmarks or net surfing you do. I provide a discreet, non-judgmental service. Reasonable rates. And I provide discounts for certain groups.
